1. Parties & acceptance

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between Pro Handling Ireland ("we", "us") and the individual or entity enrolling in the partner programme (the "Partner", "you").

By creating a partner account, claiming a discount code, or using any link associated with the programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Irish law.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts with false, missing, or unverifiable information.

3. Discount codes

Each Partner is issued one unique discount code consisting of 3 to 20 characters (A–Z, 0–9). Codes are case-insensitive and must not impersonate Pro Handling Ireland, a third-party brand, or another Partner.

When a buyer applies your code at checkout, the standard QQI Manual Handling course price is reduced to €20 (instead of €35). The discount is funded by us and does not reduce your commission.

You may not use your own code for self-purchases. Self-referred sales are not eligible for commission and may be reversed.

4. Commission

You earn €5 commission for every completed, paid enrolment made under your code that is not refunded.

Sales are aggregated by calendar month (Europe/Dublin time). Refunded or charged-back enrolments are deducted from the corresponding month or, if already paid, from your next payout.

We may adjust the commission rate or discount amount on 30 days' written notice. Changes apply to sales made after the effective date only.

5. Payouts

Payouts are issued 20 days after the end of each calendar month — for example, sales made in June are paid by 20 July.

The minimum payout threshold is €50. Balances below the threshold roll over to the following month(s) until the threshold is met.

Payouts are made in euro (EUR) to the SEPA bank account you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for any fees charged by your bank.

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any income tax, VAT, or other taxes arising from your commissions in your country of residence.

6. Promotion rules

You may promote Pro Handling Ireland on your website, social channels, newsletter, or other organic media in a truthful and non-misleading way.

You may not bid on "Pro Handling Ireland" or close variants in paid search advertising, run paid ads on our trademarks, or operate look-alike domains.

You may not send unsolicited bulk email or messages (spam), post your code on coupon-aggregator sites that we have not approved, or make false claims about the course, certification, or pricing.

You must not present yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of Pro Handling Ireland. Always describe yourself as an independent partner.

7. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Pro Handling Ireland name and logo solely to promote the course during the term of this agreement, in accordance with any brand guidance we provide.

All course content, branding, trademarks, and materials remain our exclusive property. You acquire no ownership rights through this programme.

8. Data protection

We process your partner account data (name, email, payout details, sales attributed to your code) to operate the programme and pay commissions, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Article 6(1)(c) (legal obligations such as tax record-keeping).

We do not share buyer personal data with you. Your dashboard only shows aggregate sales counts and amounts attributed to your code.

9. Suspension & termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, on written notice (email is sufficient).

We may suspend or terminate your account and withhold unpaid commission if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or misleading conduct, or damaged our reputation.

On termination, your code is deactivated. Commission earned on eligible, non-refunded sales before termination remains payable on the next scheduled payout date, subject to the minimum threshold.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with the programme is limited to the total commission paid to you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your partner account and will take effect 14 days after notice. Continued use of the programme after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the programme.

13. Contact
